Return Policy Overview

At Golden Sneakers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your Golden Goose sneakers, we offer a comprehensive return policy to ensure your peace of mind.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be in their original, unworn condition
  • All original packaging, including shoe boxes, dust bags, and authenticity cards, must be included
  • Items must have all original tags attached
  • Shoes should show no signs of wear, including on the soles
  • Items must be free from any odors, stains, or damage
  • Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective

How to Return Items

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Contact our customer service team at [email protected] or call our customer service line to initiate your return. Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Once your return request is approved, we'll provide you with:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Pre-paid return shipping label
  • Instructions for packaging your return

Step 3: Package and Ship

Carefully package your items in their original packaging and attach the provided return label. Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Bank Transfers: 7-10 business days

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange your Golden Goose sneakers for a different size or color, subject to availability. Exchanges follow the same process as returns, and we'll cover return shipping costs for exchanges within the United States.

Size Exchange Guarantee

If your Golden Goose sneakers don't fit perfectly, we offer one free size exchange within 30 days of purchase.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We'll provide a full refund or replacement at no cost to you, including return shipping. Please provide photos of the defect or damage to expedite the process.

International Returns

International customers can return items within 30 days of delivery. However, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. All international returns must clear customs, and any duties or taxes are the customer's responsibility.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Worn or damaged items (unless defective upon arrival)
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Gift cards and store credit
  • Items marked as final sale
